Collage: Abstract & Form Workshop with Diana Vidal

DECEMBER 5TH - 6:00 - 8:30+

Join multi-media artist + co-director of Super Secret Projects, Diana Vidal for a unique workshop focusing on abstraction in collage. Participants will learn how to think about collage in a different way and approach collage in a new way and creating in the abstract.

Workshop info

• 2.5 Hour Hands-on Workshop:

  • Materials provided but feel free to bring anything you’d like to work with!

  • Short overview of abstract collage throughout history

  • Overview of techniques + tips

  • Prompts & inspiration

  • Ability to make 1 or several collages throughout the workshop with materials provided

  • Materials to prep your collage to frame. A mat, backing and archival bag will provided for your work.

• At the end of this workshop, everyone will have created at least one totally unique, fine art abstract collage piece!

If you’d like to continue your collage practice at home, there are collage kits available for purchase (online and in-person).

• Please note that this is an adult workshop.
